Jessica Hellmann is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of environmental science and sustainability. Currently serving as a board member for the National Sustainability Society and as the Director and Ecolab Chair for Environmental Leadership at the University of Minnesota's Institute on the Environment, Jessica also holds positions as the University Director of the Midwest Climate Adaptation Science Center and Chief Scientist at Geofinancial Analytics, Inc. With expertise in global change biology, climate change adaptation, and environmental policy, Jessica contributes to various organizations, including the National Audubon Society and COMPASS, focusing on science communication and the interface of science with public decision-making. Jessica holds a PhD in Ecology from Stanford University and has completed postdoctoral fellowships at Stanford University and The University of British Columbia.
