Noe Hidalgo

Noe Hidalgo has over 35 years of experience in the research and development field. Currently serving as the Research and Development Director at UL Skin Sciences Inc. since November 2016, Noe previously held the position of Senior R&D Manager at Johnson & Johnson from April 2002 to November 2016. Prior to that role, Noe was a Senior Research and Development Engineer at Procter & Gamble Philippines from June 1988 to August 2001.
