Shigeru Urushibara

Shigeru Urushibara is the Founder and Chairman of ウルシステムズ株式会社, as well as the President and CEO of UL Systems, Inc., a position held since July 2000. Prior to these roles, Shigeru Urushibara worked at Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. from April 1987 to July 2000, where responsibilities included serving as a Manager and System Engineer. Educationally, Shigeru Urushibara completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Engineering and Information Physics at The University of Tokyo from 1983 to 1987, and furthered studies as a Visiting Researcher at Stanford University's Computer Systems Laboratory from 1989 to 1991.
