Heather Eliff

Heather Eliff is currently the Director, Northbrook Site Lead, and USA Site Coordinator at UL Solutions, where they establish management infrastructure and ensure alignment with regional leadership. With a Master’s degree in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology from Valparaiso University, Heather has extensive experience in Environmental Health and Safety roles, having served as a Program Manager and Regional Manager at UL. They also have a strong background in auditing, compliance, and accident prevention from previous positions at ERM and Underwriters Laboratories.
