Kyle Gerjerts

Kyle Gerjerts is an experienced professional in Talent Management, currently serving as the Director of HR, Talent Management at UL Solutions since March 2021. In this role, Kyle leads global initiatives in Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development. Previously, Kyle held various leadership positions at Walgreens, including Director of Talent Management, where contributions were made to both company-specific and global Talent Management strategies. Prior experience includes consulting at Wonderlic, Inc. and serving as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University, where Kyle taught courses in statistics and industrial/organizational psychology. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
