Michelle Sorensen

Michelle Sorensen has a robust background in program and project management, currently serving as Program Manager for Software & Advisory Sales Operations at UL Solutions since May 2018. In this role, Michelle oversees daily operations, focusing on Global Sales Compensation, Salesforce migration, and Sales Revenue Analysis. Previous experience at UL Solutions includes serving as Senior Project Coordinator in TIC Industrial Sales Operations, where Michelle executed complex, confidential projects. Earlier in her career, Michelle led customer service initiatives as a Group Leader. Prior to UL Solutions, Michelle managed a Red Lobster restaurant, enhancing customer experiences through effective team leadership. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and a minor in Business Administration from Washington State University.
