Kapil Babel

Kapil Babel is an experienced professional with a strong background in business operations, app engagement, and international expansion. Currently serving as the Head of App Engagement & Demand Strategy at Ula since March 2022, Kapil oversees P&L responsibilities, manages in-app assets, and strategizes user retention efforts. Prior to this role, Kapil worked at Meesho as a Senior Program Manager focusing on international expansion, where leadership and project execution were key responsibilities. Previous experiences include key positions at Flipkart, where Kapil contributed to category management and supply chain analytics. Kapil holds a B.Tech-M.Tech Dual degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
