Risya Amarilia

Risya Amarilia is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Operation & GA Supervisor at Ula since January 2022. In this role, Risya oversees the internal database and HRIS (Darwinbox), collaborates with the HR team to develop policies, manages employee compensation and benefits, and handles general affairs. Prior to Ula, Risya worked as an HR Business Partner at Indosat Mega Media where responsibilities included acting as a point of contact for employees and management, developing recruiting plans, and conducting skills gap analyses. Additional experience includes consulting roles at ABeam Consulting and Duage Management, and volunteer work with Dreamdelion Community. Risya holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) credential from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
