Jennifer Brice, MHA, MBA

Jennifer Brice, MHA, MBA, began their work experience in 2002 as a Lead Orthodontic Assistant at Monarch Dental. After working at Monarch Dental for four years, they transitioned to OraMetrix in 2006. At OraMetrix, they initially served as a Project Manager - Professional Education Solutions, handling various education-related projects until 2015. Subsequently, they became the Training and Development Manager, responsible for managing training programs and employee development until 2020.

In 2010, Jennifer took on a role as an Independent Jewelry Consultant at Cookie Lee, a position they held until 2015. In 2011, they also began working as a Product Consultant at Sephora, where they provided product recommendations and customer assistance until 2013.

Most recently, Jennifer joined Dentsply Sirona in 2020 as a Product Manager. In this role, they oversaw product development and management.

Jennifer is currently working at uLab Systems, Inc. as a Product Marketing Manager, a position they began in March 2023.

Jennifer Brice, MHA, MBA completed their high school education in 2000 from Grand Prairie High School, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Tarrant County College from 2000 to 2003 and obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Jennifer then pursued their bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington, graduating in 2005. Afterward, they continued their education at the same university and successfully obtained a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration in 2008.

Jennifer further enhanced their educational qualifications by earning an MBA in Management from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2010. With a solid educational foundation, they are well-equipped to excel in their professional field.
