Mike Davis

Mike Davis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike is currently working as the CISO / Sr. Director of Technology at uLab Systems, Inc. since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Architect at Terminix from November 2019 to May 2022. From May 2018 to October 2019, Mike worked as the Head of Infrastructure Engineering, Architecture & InfoSec at Frontdoor, Inc.

Before joining Frontdoor, Inc., Mike had a long tenure at ServiceMaster, where they held various roles and responsibilities. From September 2016 to May 2018, they were the Director of DevOps and IS Operations. Their previous roles at ServiceMaster include Director of Business Solutions from August 2015 to September 2016, Sr. Director of Supply Management from March 2014 to August 2015, Director of IT from February 2009 to March 2014, Manager Architecture, Software Development & Infrastructure from March 2007 to June 2009, Manager Architecture & Infrastructure from September 2005 to March 2007, Senior Software Architect from January 2005 to September 2005, Software Developer from April 2003 to January 2005, and DBA/Change Management Engineer from August 2002 to April 2003.

Before joining ServiceMaster, Mike worked at Towery Publishing as a Graphic Designer/Software Developer from September 2001 to July 2002.

Mike Davis obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from The University of Memphis in 2013. In addition to their degree, they also hold several certifications. In March 2013, they obtained a certification in Supply Management from Clayton Dubilier & Rice. In May 2012, they obtained a certification in Becoming a Leader from the Jack Welch Management Institute. In March 2008, they obtained a certification as a Pega Certified Systems Architect from Pegasystems. Finally, in October 2006, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma Black Belt Level I from ServiceMaster.
