Tanvir Alam Roni

Tanvir Alam Roni is an engineer currently working at Ulkasemi since December 2021, where responsibilities include functional verification of a DSP subsystem, high-speed protocols, and supervising new trainees. Prior to this role, Roni was an assistant engineer in design verification, also focusing on DSP subsystem verification and conducting training sessions. Roni's foundational experience includes a traineeship in design verification, which involved training in Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM, among other technical skills. Additionally, Roni has experience as a junior machine learning engineer at Omdena, contributing to the improvement of deepfake detection algorithms, and was a member of the Omdena Bangladesh Chapter, participating in the development of an AI-driven online marketplace. Roni holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and completed a Higher Secondary School Certificate in Science at Jalalabad Cantonment Public School and College.
