Amy Freedman, MSW, SHRM-CP

Amy Freedman, MSW, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Amy started their career as a Therapist at Oakland Family Services in 1995 and then moved on to work as the Director of Youth Services and Summer Camp/Human Resources at the Jewish Community Center from 1997 to 2000. Amy then joined Ford Component Sales Group as an Operations Analyst for two years before becoming an Account Manager at Coram Speciality Infusion Services from 2002 to 2004. In 2005, they joined Ulliance, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager/HR Consultant, and worked there for ten years before assuming the role of Human Resources Generalist at Brooks Utility Products from 2015 to 2016. Amy then transitioned to CoStaff Services as an HR Business Partner from 2016 to 2019, and is currently working as an Account Director/HR Consultant at Ulliance, Inc.

Amy Freedman earned their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a concentration in Clinical from Loyola University Chicago, which they attended from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Western Michigan University, where they studied Psychology and English from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they completed their high school education at West Bloomfield High School from 1984 to 1988. Amy Freedman also holds the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), which they obtained from SHRM in June 2019.
