Todd Lancaster

Todd Lancaster has over 20 years of work experience. Todd is currently the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Ulliance, Inc. where they focus on creating a smarter work environment through healthier and more productive employees. Previously, they served as the President/CEO of YourSource Management Group from 1999 to 2017. Todd also held the role of Chairman at the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce from 2013 to 2015. Prior to these positions, they worked as a District Manager at ADP in 1997 and as a Marketing Intern at Crystal Mountain Resort in 1996. Todd started their career as a Traffic Intern at Young & Rubicam from 1994 to 1995.

Todd Lancaster attended Northwood University from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing Management.
