Reed Singer

Reed Singer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and finance, currently serving as Managing Director at Ullico Investment Advisors, Inc. since August 2013, where responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, and closing investments in transportation, energy, utilities, and social infrastructure sectors. Prior to this role, Reed was Director of Global Infrastructure & Project Finance at Fitch Ratings, overseeing credit analysis for notable transportation projects. As Vice President of Acquisitions at The Parking Spot, Reed developed the largest near-airport parking portfolio in the nation, which was sold to private equity. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager at URS Corporation, where Reed helped establish a strategic consulting practice, and as Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP, focusing on real estate and economic development advisory projects. Reed began career as an Associate at Economics Research Associates and holds an MBA in Finance, Economics, and Strategy from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in City Planning from Cornell University.
