Ann Kristin Eikrem

Ann Kristin Eikrem is an experienced HR advisor at Ålesund kommune since September 2022 and a member of the HR/personal sub-group at Fagforbundet since September 2018. Eikrem also serves as a union representative at Uloba SA while assisting citizens as a personal assistant since June 2006. Prior roles include special consultant positions at Møre og Romsdal fylkeskommune and regional board member for Fagforbundet Møre og Romsdal. Eikrem's background includes diverse experience in logistics, planning, and education, paired with an extensive educational foundation in management, HR, and social sciences from multiple institutions, including Nord University and Volda University College. Currently, Eikrem is pursuing a master's degree in social sciences with a specialization in HRM at Nord University.
