Denny Maunder

Denny Maunder has extensive experience in finance and consulting. Denny served as the Chief Financial Officer at Ulrich Barn Builders, LLC in 2014. In the same year, they became a Partner at SeatonHill Partners LLC, where they provided CFO services to small and mid-sized businesses. Prior to that, they co-founded Kind Regards, Inc. in 2012. Additionally, they were a member of the Diocesan Finance Council at the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth since 1997. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Ulrich Capital Group. Before that, they operated their own consulting firm, Maunder Consulting, specializing in turnarounds and start-ups. Denny also served on the Board of Directors at Phazar Corp and was the Chief Financial Officer at Shared Technologies. Earlier in their career, they were the owner and president of Morgans of Briar Oaks LLC and the Vice President and Controller at Allegiance Telecom.

Denny Maunder earned an MBA in Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville between 1980 and 1982. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from Saint Louis University, spanning from 1969 to 1972. Denny's secondary education was at McCluer Senior High School, where they studied from 1966 to 1969.
