Frances Wu

Frances Wu is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in procurement, marketing, and tax services. As a Principal Buyer at Ulster County since March 2022, Frances has developed a sustainable procurement program and led various project RFP selections. Prior experience includes serving as a Brand Strategy Consultant for Strategic Sense Marketing, establishing impactful marketing solutions for clients, and holding roles at Intuit as a Tax Expert and Associate, where tax advice was provided to TurboTax customers. Additional roles include Chef at The Last Bite, Director of Operations & Marketing at Unison Arts Center, and a progression of leadership positions in tax services and brand strategy development for notable firms. Frances holds a BS in Marketing/Advertising from Boston University.
