Alejandro Cordova

Alejandro Cordova, MBA, SPHR has over 18 years of progressive experience in human resources and labor relations. Alejandro began their career at Xerox Corporation in industrial relations before moving on to roles at Central Hudson Gas & Electric, Party Rental Ltd, GAF, Vassar Brothers Medical Center, and Ulster Savings Bank. Their most recent role was as the First Vice President of Human Resources at Ulster Savings Bank. Throughout their career, Alejandro has demonstrated expertise in managing labor relations, interpreting labor agreements, conducting workplace investigations, and providing strategic HR guidance to senior management.

Alejandro Cordova obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Le Moyne College. Alejandro then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management at Rochester Institute of Technology.
