Anita Ryan

Anita Ryan was named Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2022. During her 19-year tenure at Ulta Beauty, Anita has shown how much she loves and owns what she does, inspiring the company’s diverse talent base, fostering an inclusive workplace, and enabling strong business results with care for culture. She oversees all Human Resources activities, including talent acquisition, total rewards, diversity, equity, and inclusion, associate relations, compliance, and training, as well as oversees all strategic internal communications and community relations programming, including the Ulta Beauty Charitable Foundation. Anita offers thoughtful expertise, heart and passion to all she does. Prior to Ulta Beauty, Anita began her career in the grocery industry before transitioning to human resources.
