Debasis Chanda

Debasis (Dev) Chanda is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in operations, systems management, and project leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of IT Operations at Ulta Beauty since July 2017, Dev oversees IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, and the IT Service Desk. Previously, at Kellogg Company, Dev held several key roles, including Director of IT for Global Operational Business Solutions, where responsibilities included leading a 70+ member team in implementing a global Source-To-Pay SaaS solution. Dev’s career began at Digital Equipment Corporation and includes roles at Data-Core Systems Inc. and Kellogg, where expertise in technology solutions, vendor management, and team leadership has led to successful project deliveries and business outcomes. Dev holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calcutta.
