Erin Trinka

Erin Trinka has extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as the Senior IT Manager Cloud at Ulta Beauty since April 2019, where responsibilities have included overseeing cloud solutions and leading engineering teams. Prior to this role, Erin spent four years at ATI Physical Therapy, progressing from Help Desk Analyst to Senior Manager of End User Services, where significant achievements included implementing the ServiceNow platform, developing a mobile workforce strategy, and enhancing support staff capabilities through targeted coaching and leadership development. Erin also held a supervisory position at Geek Squad from 2008 to 2015, further solidifying a solid foundation in IT support and leadership.
