Kelly st. Clair

Kelly St. Clair is an experienced professional in enterprise training, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Training at Ulta Beauty since September 2010. In this role, Kelly leads the Enterprise Training Team and oversees strategies for field training initiatives, consulting with leadership on onboarding programs and training launches. Prior experience includes roles at Old Navy, where Kelly held positions such as Enterprise Training Manager and Regional Education Manager, as well as various management roles.
