Mohamed Abu ElHassan

Mohamed Abu ElHassan began their career in 2010 as a Junior Accountant for Accounting Professionals. In 2012, they joined Raya CX as a Telesales Representative for the Noble Talk Offshore account, where they generated leads, analyzed data, and contacted customers to sell them international calls lines. Mohamed was promoted to Telesales Team Leader for Etisalat UAE Outbound Sales, and then Acting As Account Manager. In 2017, they moved to beIN MEDIA GROUP as a Regional Telesales and Retention Supervisor and Deputy Call Center Manager. In 2019, they returned to Raya CX as Service Delivery Manager (Senior Operations Manager), where they managed Outbound Sales, Mobile Number Portability, and Collection for Etisalat UAE. In 2022, they joined ULTATEL as Business Development Operations Manager.

Mohamed Abu ElHassan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Cairo University between 2007 and 2011.
