Eric Barradale

Eric Barradale has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Eric currently serves as the Market Leader, Power (Southeast) at Ulteig, where they lead market development and client account management efforts for the power sector in the southeastern U.S. Prior to this, they worked at Duke Energy Corporation, where they held various roles. As the Key Segment Manager, they were responsible for strategic growth and business development with new and existing customers, focusing on renewable energy systems and other energy-as-a-service offerings. Eric also served as an Account Executive, managing customer relationships and originating new contracts. Before joining Duke Energy, Eric worked at Alternative Energy Systems Consulting, Inc. (AESC) as the Program Manager/SE Region Leader, overseeing the establishment and management of the regional office, business development, and delivery of energy engineering services. Eric initially started their career at Ameresco, where they served as the Leader of Project Development Engineering and later as a Project Manager. Eric has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, with expertise in market development, business development, customer relationship management, and project management.

Eric Barradale obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University. Eric also completed graduate level coursework in management, accounting, and finance at the University of South Carolina. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Energy Policy & Climate at The Johns Hopkins University. Furthermore, Eric holds additional certifications including Certified Energy Manager (CEM®) from the Association of Energy Engineers and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
