Jim Horn

As the chief human resources officer, Jim leads both Ulteig’s Human Resources and Business Services functions. He focuses on establishing and executing strategies to ensure that Ulteig has the talent and tools to succeed as a business, and that all of Ulteig’s employee owners have an outstanding employee experience. Jim adds, “Having highly engaged team members striving to contribute to Ulteig’s success and achieve their own professional aspirations is critical to achieving our business objectives.’ Jim holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and an MA in HR/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management.
