Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner Nick Bevier

Nick Bevier is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner with a diverse work experience. Nick started their career at Brooksource as an IT Technical Recruiter before being promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter. Nick then moved on to Emarsys, where they worked in Business Development. In 2020, Bevier joined Kronos Incorporated as a Services Architect, specializing in healthcare. Nick later joined UKG as a Services Architect and Services Data Quality Analyst II. Currently, Bevier is working for Ulteig as a Digital Transformation Analyst.

Nick Bevier, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, completed their education at Purdue University from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Selling and Sales Management. Prior to that, they attended West Lafayette Jr/Sr High School from 2007 to 2011, where they completed Core 40 in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Nick has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. Nick obtained the Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci in April 2023. Nick has also acquired certifications in various professional areas such as writing a business case, communicating with confidence, creating flowcharts for beginners, moving past change fatigue to the growth edge, Visio Quick Tips, being positive at work, requirements elicitation and analysis, change management foundations, change management: roadmap to execution, change management: roadmap to planning, fundamentals of agile project management, goal setting: objectives and key results (OKRs), and fundamentals of waterfall project management. These certifications were obtained from different institutions including LinkedIn and the Project Management Institute.
