Yujia Liu, P.E. has a diverse work experience in engineering and project management. Starting in 2014, Yujia worked as a Project Engineer at DCI Engineers, where they were involved in seismic structural design for various building projects and conducted construction site inspections. In 2009, they began their undergraduate studies at UC San Diego and completed their degree in Structural Engineering in 2011. Prior to that, Yujia earned an Associate's degree in Architecture from San Diego City College, which they completed in 2008.
In terms of additional certifications, Yujia Liu obtained the Engineer-In-Training certification from the Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in September 2014. Subsequently, they obtained a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license from the California Board for professional engineers, land surveyors, and geologists in March 2019. Yujia further expanded their professional licenses by obtaining a P.E. license from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in June 2020, from the State of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs in February 2021, from the State of Iowa Engineering and Land Surveying Examining Board in February 2021, and from the Minnesota Board of AELSLAGID in April 2021.
