Tiffany McLaud

Tiffany McLaud has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tiffany is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Ultima Health Products, Inc, a position they started in September 2022. Prior to this, from April to September 2022, they served as the CEO & Founder of Cloud 9 Consulting LLC.

Before their current ventures, Tiffany McLaud held various positions at Bayer, starting as Vice President Sales Strategy & Operations from April 2017 to December 2018. Tiffany then became the Head of Consumer Health Accelerator from January 2019 to December 2020, and later served as the GM of Pain / Cardio / Skin Health / Consumer Health Accelerator from December 2020 to April 2022.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Fleet Laboratories as the Vice President of Marketing from August 2015 to March 2017. Prior to that, Tiffany McLaud held marketing positions at RB and Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. At RB, they served as the Air Wick Marketing Director - Europe & North America from April 2014 to August 2015, the Marketing Director - Homecare from October 2013 to March 2014, and the Marketing Director - Consumer Healthcare from August 2012 to October 2013. At Pfizer Consumer Healthcare, they held the role of Senior Director - US Franchise Lead Dietary Supplements from September 2010 to August 2012, and the Director of Global New Products - Nutritionals from May 2008 to February 2011.

Earlier in their career, they also held roles at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, Fairleigh Dickinson University, and WILLIAM SMITH COLLEGE, where they gained experience in facility management and coaching.

Tiffany McLaud attended Central Bucks HS-East from 1987 to 1990 and received their high school diploma. Tiffany then pursued their higher education at Colgate University from 1990 to 1994, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, they attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and obtained a Masters degree in Corporate & Organizational Communications. In 2020, Tiffany obtained the "Signature Premier Graduate" certification from Signature Leaders.
