Adrien Pierret has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adrien started their career as a Sales Specialist at Fnac, where they were responsible for managing the Video Games section. Adrien then worked as a Customer Care Operator at Blue Link International CZ Call Center, handling customer support and sales while also supervising a team. Adrien later served as a Marketing Assistant at Bellaguarda Assessores Ltda., assisting the Team Building consultant with the firm's marketing content.

After that, Adrien joined Seagull Scientific as a Customer Support Technician, representing the company and promoting their off-the-shelf AIDC software at industry events. Adrien also created technical training materials for customers and partners. As a Freelance Web Consultant at KIMIND, Adrien participated in team and client meetings, offered solutions, and executed web hosting and domain management projects.

Adrien gained valuable experience at Expedia Group, where they held multiple roles. Adrien started as a Lodging Partner Associate, providing support and training to partners in French-speaking countries. Adrien then became a Team Lead, facilitating support from associates and coordinating with other services to resolve complex issues. Eventually, Adrien served as a Supervisor, overseeing a team of 15+ associates and ensuring work priorities were met to exceed performance goals.

Adrien is currently working at Ultimate, a virtual agent platform, as a Customer Success Manager. Adrien's role involves utilizing industry-leading AI to provide 24/7 customer support in multiple languages and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

After completing high school, Adrien enrolled in Groupe ESC Troyes from 2008 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Administration. In addition, they attended Halmstad University from 2010 to 2011, where they focused on International Business and gained knowledge in Business Culture. Adrien expanded their academic pursuits further by attending the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul for a year, from 2011 to 2012, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
