Kimberley Wood has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2004, they worked at Toyota (GB) plc as an IPS. From 2006 to 2009, they served as an Account Manager at Brandwidth. Kimberley then joined CheetahMail, an Experian Company, in 2009 as an Account Director and remained there until 2012.

In 2012, Kimberley moved to Bazaarvoice and held various positions, including Strategic Consultant, Client Partner - Strategic Services, Director, Strategic Services, and Director, EMEA Client Delivery & Consulting (Onboarding). Kimberley was responsible for managing teams, forecasting bookings and risks, and driving service offering evolution.

Starting in 2016, Kimberley worked at Qubit., where they held roles such as Director, EMEA Professional Services, Senior Director, Global Professional Services, and Vice President of Customer. Finally, in 2021, they joined GoCardless as a Customer Success Group Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Ultimate.

Kimberley Wood obtained a BA (Hons) Business Management (in-company) Degree from Nottingham Trent University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Kimberley further pursued their education by attending the Institute of Direct Marketing from 2008 to 2009, where they completed a Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications.
