Jessica Evans has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Logistic Service Analyst at FedEx Trade Networks Trade Services, Inc. from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Receptionist at Port Huron ENT. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Applications Developer and Jr. Developer (Intern) at Michigan Mutual. In 2016, they founded Follow My Arrow and worked there until 2017 when they became the Customer Happiness Manager at Ultimate Bundles.

Jessica Evans completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Central Michigan University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Associate in Business Administration (ABA) from Macomb Community College in 2008.
