Director Of Organizational Wellness And Wellbeing at Ultimate Medical Academy

Jenna Sage, PhD, BCBA has extensive work experience in the field of education and behavioral analysis. Jenna currently holds the position of Director of Organizational Wellness and Wellbeing at Ultimate Medical Academy since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Dean of Career Readiness and Workforce Solutions from March 2020 to November 2021, Dean of Programs and Academic Affairs from March 2018 to March 2020, and Associate Dean of Online Programs from July 2017 to March 2018 at the same institution.

Before joining Ultimate Medical Academy, Jenna worked as a Project Manager from January 2017 to July 2017 at Ultimate Medical Academy, where they led various educational projects and collaborated with multiple departments within the organization.

In 2022, Jenna became the Board President and Founder of THADS Foundation, a position they currently hold.

Jenna has also held Adjunct Instructor positions at Regis University from January 2014 to March 2023, where they developed and delivered undergraduate courses on topics such as special education and behavior analysis. Additionally, they were an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Florida from January 2007 to December 2020, teaching courses related to education.

Jenna's work experience also includes roles at the District School Board of Pasco County, where they served as a Program Coordinator for Prevention and Intervention Supports from January 2016 to January 2017, and as a Resolution Specialist from August 2014 to January 2016.

Prior to their work in the education sector, Jenna worked as a BCBA at Positive Behavior Supports Corp., where they provided comprehensive behavioral evaluation, intervention, training, and consultation services.

Jenna has also founded their own consulting firm, Sage Advice: Education Based Training, Consulting, and Coaching, where they offered expert training, consulting, and coaching services to schools and educators.

Jenna's earlier experiences include serving as a District Resource Teacher for Students with Emotional Behavioral Disabilities at Pinellas County Schools from August 2011 to August 2014, and as a Technical Assistant Specialist at the University of South Florida: Florida's PBS Project from September 2005 to November 2009.

Jenna Sage, PhD, BCBA brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in education, behavioral analysis, and program management to their current and previous roles.

Jenna Sage, PhD, BCBA has a strong educational background in the field of Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. Jenna obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology from Western Michigan University in the years 1999 to 2002. Jenna then pursued their Master of Education degree in Special Education from The University of British Columbia from 2003 to 2004. Continuing their academic journey, they earned a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of South Florida from 2006 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they completed their certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from the Florida Institute of Technology. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jenna has also obtained several certifications in areas such as leadership, cultural awareness, and ethical behavior.
