Jerry Nichols II

Jerry Nichols II has a strong background in IT operations and management. Jerry has held several leadership roles in various companies. At Ultimate Medical Academy, they served as the Director of IT Service Management. Prior to that, at Icario, they were the Sr. Director of IT Operations, where they led a high-performing team and implemented an ITIL-based support structure. Jerry also worked at Virgin Pulse, where they were the Director of Corporate Systems & Infrastructure and Manager of Corporate Systems and Service Desk. In these roles, they focused on strategic planning, integration, and improving end-user satisfaction. Before Virgin Pulse, they worked at ABILITY Network as a Senior Network Engineer, overseeing network and systems administration. Early in their career, they were an IT Infrastructure Engineer at Formica Group North America and a Senior Systems Engineer at Harland Clarke.
