Lizmarie Hernandez MacLean

Lizmarie Hernandez MacLean possesses extensive experience in the manufacturing and quality sectors, currently serving as a Business Developer/Recruiter and Manufacturing Specialist at Ultimate Solutions since September 2016. In this role, Lizmarie has been responsible for initiating and revising manufacturing procedures for the packaging area, ensuring alignment with current operations to support new product introductions for Amgen in Juncos, Puerto Rico. Prior experience includes a decade at Procter and Gamble, where Lizmarie held positions as an MPD Technician and Making Quality Leader, overseeing product specifications and quality incident investigations. Lizmarie began career as a Lab Analyst at Searle from 1991 to 1994 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Colegio Universitario de Cayey, complemented by training from the Puerto Rico Massage and Bodywork Institute.
