Sheila Goetsch

Sheila Goetsch is a Senior Business Solutions Director and Team Lead at Ultimate Staffing, having joined the company in July 2015. Goetsch has received the Chairman’s Club Award in 2022 and 2023, recognizing outstanding sales and recruiting performance, and is a member of the Elite Aspire Circle of Excellence for multiple years. Prior to Ultimate Staffing, Goetsch gained extensive experience at Darden Restaurants in various managerial roles from March 2005 to June 2015, including Staffing and Training Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Service Specialist at Lifeworks Services, Inc. from June 2002 to March 2005, where contributions were made in support of adults with developmental disabilities. Goetsch holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
