Gail Zess

VP, Relationship Management at Ultimus LeverPoint

Gail Zess is a Vice President of Relationship Management. She serves as the primary client liaison and is responsible for driving client satisfaction by delivering superior service and integrated solutions. As part of her responsibilities, Gail coordinates with internal service teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Overall, Gail focuses on understanding client business growth objectives, facilitating service and growth expectations, and communicating current and future Ultimus business enhancements to clients.

Prior to joining Ultimus in 2022, Gail served as a Relationship Manager for U.S. Bancorp Fund Services for over 30 years.

Gail holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Concordia University. She was the recipient of the 2019 U.S. Bank Legends of Possible award – the highest honor an employee can receive.
