Aida Abdullah has extensive experience in human resources, having worked for multiple companies over the years. Starting in 2007, they held the role of Senior HR Specialist at Motorola Solutions, where they worked in various divisions such as Supply Chain, Global Purchasing Center, and Materials. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing HR operations, talent management, compensation, and benefits, among other responsibilities.
In 2016, Aida joined St. Jude Medical as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they focused on manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. Their responsibilities included talent acquisition, leadership development, talent management, and learning and development programs. Aida also handled budgeting and forecasting for the site.
A year later, they continued their role as a Senior HR Business Partner, but this time at Abbott Laboratories (formerly St. Jude Medical). Aida managed business groups such as Manufacturing and Global IT Organization, ensuring workforce planning and development aligned with business goals.
In 2019, Aida transitioned to Plexus Corp. as an HR Manager. Here, they served as the primary contact for employees seeking advice and development coaching, managed industrial relationships including counseling and disciplinary matters, and acted as an HR business partner to facilitate strategic decisions.
Currently, in 2022, Aida is an HR Manager at Ultra Clean Technology, where they are responsible for overseeing HR processes and initiatives.

Aida Abdullah has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Malaya, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Aida later pursued a Master's degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management from Southern Pacific University, which they completed from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Aida has obtained two additional certifications in Human Resource Management. In July 2021, they received the Human Resource Management Professional (HRMP) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Aida also obtained the Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM during the same month and year.
