Alvin Koay

Alvin Koay has a solid work experience in the manufacturing and product development engineering field. Alvin started their career at Lumileds in 2014 as a Product Development Engineer, where they held the role of Technical Project Lead. In this position, they performed assignments that required broad consultation with specialists and complex analysis of available data to determine the best approach for delivering projects. Alvin also showcased their problem-solving skills by identifying key issues and using Root Cause Analysis to find solutions. Alvin demonstrated initiative by identifying and suggesting improvements to existing processes.

In 2019, Alvin joined Plexus Corp. as a Manufacturing Engineer II, where they worked until 2021. Alvin then progressed to the role of Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where they played a more senior role in the manufacturing engineering department. Finally, in 2022, Alvin joined Ultra Clean Technology as a Manufacturing Engineer.

Alvin Koay attended Chung Ling High School from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following high school, Alvin enrolled at INTI International College Penang. The duration of their studies at this institution is unknown. However, they completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at INTI International College Penang.
