Pradhap Sadasivan, CPSCM™, has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the semiconductor and manufacturing industries.

From 2016 to present, they have served as the Vice President at Ultra Clean Technology.

From 2011 to 2016, they worked at JCET Group as the Director of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing manufacturing, new product introduction (NPI), process and equipment. Pradhap received excellence awards from Tier 1 customers for successful production ramp of new devices and implemented various systems to improve manufacturing quality.

Prior to that, from 2004 to 2011, they held the position of Head of NPI & Failure Analysis at Kulicke & Soffa. Pradhap led cross-functional teams in developing and launching industry-leading automated machines and achieved high customer satisfaction awards. Pradhap also reduced warranty costs and achieved ISO 14001 certification.

From 2002 to 2004, Pradhap was the General Manager at Electroglas, where they successfully moved manufacturing operations to Singapore, increased market share, and implemented SAP ERP system.

Before that, from 1996 to 2001, they served as the Head of Operations - Thin Film Coating at II-VI Incorporated, where they achieved significant production and revenue growth while improving yields.

Pradhap started their career at Applied Materials as a Senior Engineer from 1994 to 1996.

Pradhap Sadasivan, CPSCM™, has a diverse education history. Pradhap obtained an MBA in Finance from the University of Leeds, where they studied from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic & Communication at Curtin University from 1990 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Pradhap has pursued various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Pradhap obtained the Certified Procurement & Supply Chain Manager certification from The Center For Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Excellence in November 2022. Pradhap also completed an Advanced Certificate in Integrating Sustainability for a Future-Ready Business at Singapore Management University in May 2022. Furthermore, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Digital Transformation from the National University of Singapore in March 2022.

Pradhap holds additional certifications such as EGN Singapore Member from EGN Singapore (Executives' Global Network), which they obtained in August 2021. Pradhap also possesses the UL508A Industrial Control Panel certification from UL, obtained in June 2020. Pradhap has also pursued Lead Auditor certifications in EMS ISO 14001 and QMS ISO 9001, although the specific details regarding the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
