Dr. Koh Ngee Loke (高义陆博士)

Dr. Koh Ngee Loke (高义陆博士) has a strong background in human resources and manufacturing management. Dr. Koh is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ultra Clean Technology since August 2022. Before that, they worked at Sanmina as a Human Resources Manager from February 2016 to August 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Manufacturing Manager at Motorola Solutions from December 1999 to February 2016.

Dr. Koh Ngee Loke (高义陆博士) pursued their education at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Dr. Koh completed their Bachelor Degree of Social Science (Hons) in Political Science and Government and Management from 1995 to 1999. Later, they obtained a Master of Public Administration - MPA with a focus on Public Relations/Image Management from 2003 to 2005. Lastly, they went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Industrial Sociology, which they completed from 2009 to 2016.
