Ee Meng Toh

EE Meng Toh has a diverse work experience in the field of environment, health, and safety (EHS). From 2012 to 2017, Meng Toh served as a Safety Lead at ST Electronics. In this role, they played a key role in ensuring safety measures and protocols were followed.

In 2017, Meng Toh joined Chye Thiam Maintenance Pte Ltd as a Principal Executive - QEHS&T. Here, they implemented and monitored health, safety, and environment management systems in adherence to ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. EE MENG also conducted audits and organized training programs to raise safety awareness among employees.

Joining United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) in 2017, Meng Toh worked as an ESH Engineer. EE MENG handled routine operations and programs related to ESH, conducted training sessions, and conducted audits to improve workplace safety and enhance emergency response.

From 2018 to 2020, Meng Toh worked at EQA IMS Certification as a Lead Auditor. Here, they ensured compliance with internal control procedures by examining records and reports, verifying assets and liabilities, and documenting audit tests and findings.

Currently, Meng Toh is employed at Ultra Clean Technology as a Senior Environment Health Safety Specialist. In this role, they oversee workplace health and safety for UCT facilities and employees, manages multiple business divisions, conducts safety training, and ensures compliance with regional laws and regulations.

EE Meng Toh attended the University of Newcastle from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety, specializing in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering. In addition to their degree, Meng Toh has acquired several certifications in various areas related to workplace safety and health. These certifications include "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles" from HarvardX, "Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health" from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency, "Environmental Control Officer Course" from the National Environment Agency, "Failure Mode, Effects & Criticality Analysis" from the Singapore Quality Institute, "Fire Safety Manager" from the Singapore Civil Defence Force, "Safety Integrity Level Training" from TÜV SÜD, "WSQ Manage Hazardous Substances Course - MHS / Hazardous Substances Management" from Workforce Singapore, and "Work-at-Height Course for Supervisors" from Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd.
