Eyal Ram

Eyal Ram has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Eyal began their career at Phoenicia Flat Glass Industries Ltd, where they served as a Line Manager from 2006 to 2008 and then as a Planning Manager and Production Manager from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Eyal joined AVIV AMCG as a Senior Lean Consultant, implementing Lean strategies at various organizations such as Tower, Tnuva Dairy, Sunfrost, and Genigar. Eyal led OPEX projects that resulted in increased profitability and also played a significant role in writing a guidance book for site establishment.

In 2014, Eyal moved to Delta Galil Industries as the Global Lean Champion and Process Improvement Manager. Eyal established a global OPEX department and implemented Lean excellence culture and tools on a global scale. Eyal also led Lean processes for a major global customer, Nike.

Most recently, Eyal joined Ultra Clean Technology in 2020 as the Senior Operational Excellence Manager. In this role, they established a continuous improvement culture based on data collection and analysis. Eyal built KPIs and a KPI cascade aligned with the organizational strategy and managed and led improvement projects across the organization. Eyal implemented Lean tools and established a Lean Six Sigma academy. Eyal also provided managerial coaching and led SAP change management initiatives.

Eyal Ram attended Braude Academic College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Industrial Engineering.
