Fabrice Thomas

Fabrice Thomas has extensive experience in global material and supply chain management. Fabrice currently holds the position of CSCO SVP Global Material & Supply Chain at Ultra Clean Technology. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President Global Supply Chain at Maxeon Solar Technologies from May 2022 to November 2022. From October 2018 to May 2022, they were the Vice President / General Manager Global Supply Chain at Agilent Technologies. Fabrice also gained valuable experience at ABB, where they were the Vice President - Head of Supply Management Robot Supply Units from May 2014 to August 2018. Fabrice started their career at Alstom in 2001 and held various roles, including Director Supply Chain - China & APAC and Supplier Quality & Development Director - Signalling. Fabrice also served as a Supplier Quality Engineer at Bouygues Telecom from 1998 to 2001. Fabrice has demonstrated expertise in supplier management, quality assurance, and driving efficiency in supply chain operations throughout their career.

Fabrice Thomas has a diverse education history. Fabrice completed an Executive Program in Strategy, Leadership, and Digital Business at Columbia Business School in 2017, with a focus on leading the Next Generation Enterprise. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris between 2012 and 2014, specializing in Major Emerging Countries Business Development. Fabrice also obtained an Advanced Certificate in Business Development from the College of Cape Town in 2013, with a focus on Business Strategy in Emerging Countries. In the same year, they earned another Advanced Certificate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, specializing in Business Development in Emerging Countries.

In terms of undergraduate education, Fabrice completed a Master's degree in Industrial Marketing from emlyon business school between 2005 and 2007. Fabrice also holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree from Universite Paris Sud - XI, which they obtained in 1993 with a specialization in Biotechnology.

Additionally, Fabrice has obtained multiple certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Leadership in Transformative Times and Executive Access programs from Columbia Business School Executive Education. Fabrice completed the Python for Managers program, as well as the program on The Future of Globalization, both in 2021.
