Huzaifah Razak

Huzaifah Razak has a diverse background in IT support roles. Huzaifah currently works as an IT Support Engineer at Ultra Clean Technology, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lumileds from January 2018 to February 2022 as an IT Onsite, providing Tier 2 IT support to internal users and troubleshooting issues on various operating systems. Before that, Huzaifah was an IT Analyst Specialist at Dell from November 2015 to October 2017, where they supported global users, created support documentation, and maintained client relationships. Huzaifah began their career as an IT Support Specialist at AIA from January 2013 to September 2015, providing Tier 1 support and training to end-users.

From 2009 to 2012, Huzaifah Razak attended the German Malaysian Institute, where they obtained a Diploma in Information Technology.
