Jessica Sheppard has a diverse work experience. Jessica began their career in 2012 as a Graduate Researcher at Texas A&M University, where they gathered and analyzed data consistently. After that, they worked as a Student at Texas Lutheran University from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they briefly served as a Customer Service Representative at West Valley Staffing Group, where they focused on nimble communication and data analysis to identify areas of recoverable lost revenue. In 2016, they joined Ultra Clean Technology as a Quality Assurance professional, responsible for product inspection, process improvement, audits, and customer support. Jessica later transitioned to the role of Business System Analyst at the same company, supporting IT and Operations teams in transitioning between ERP systems and providing end-user support for ERP functions. Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated a strong focus on data analysis, communication, and continuous improvement.
Jessica Sheppard obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics and Math, completing a double major, from Texas Lutheran University. Jessica attended Texas A&M University to pursue their Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Internal Auditor from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) in December 2019.
