Kim Heaston

Kim Heaston has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kim started their career as a Drafter at Deutsch Engineered Connecting Devices in 1977. In 1984, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at NMB Hi-Tek, where they focused on PCB assembly and fixture design. Kim then moved on to Bear Medical in 1987, where they served as a Mechanical Engineer, specializing in the design of pneumatic circuits and components for medical ventilators.

In 1995, Heaston joined Applied Materials as a Manufacturing Engineer, responsible for tasks such as maintaining Bills-of-Material, resolving vendor issues, and creating work instructions. After 14 years with Applied Materials, they transitioned to Ultra Clean Technology in 2010 as a Mechanical Engineer.

Most recently, Kim Heaston retired in December 2021, ending their career as a Maniacal Engineer. Overall, Heaston's work experience showcases their expertise in various engineering roles, including mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, drafting, and component design.

Kim Heaston attended Riverside City College from 1979 to 1981, where they studied engineering. Kim then transferred to California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from 1981 to 1984.
