Nicole Harper

Nicole Harper has a diverse and extensive work experience in HRIS and HR operations. Nicole currently holds the position of Director, Global HRIS & Analytics at Ultra Clean Technology. Prior to that, they served as the Director of HR Operations, HRIS and Analytics at Cision.

Nicole also worked at Vi, where they held the roles of Director of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and HRIS Manager. At Vi, they played a strategic role in the implementation of ADP Vantage system and managed a broad HR systems portfolio.

Nicole worked as an HRIS Project Consultant at RGP, where they successfully led and managed a complex UltiPro and SAP engagement.

Nicole's experience also includes working at Corbis as an HRIS & Compensation Analyst, at Tenneco as a Payroll Supervisor, and at Pactiv as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Human Resources Analyst.

Prior to that, they worked at Discover Financial Services as an HRIS Analyst and at APAC Customer Service as a Compensation Analyst.

Nicole'searly career includes working at Hospira as an International Human Resources Assistant, where they provided administrative support and streamlining HR processes.

Nicole Harper pursued their education at Columbia College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from 2009 to 2012. Subsequently, they continued their academic journey at the same institution and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in General Studies from 2012 to 2014.

Aside from their formal education, Nicole also obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In July 2014, they completed a course called "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" offered by lynda.com. In December 2012, they acquired a certification in Human Resource Management from Columbia College. Moreover, Nicole holds a Microsoft Certified Professional qualification, which they obtained in November 2000.
