Pete Marcell has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Pete started their career in 1990 as a First Sergeant in the Army National Guard and served until 2010.
In 1995, they joined Applied Materials and worked as a Program Manager for Talent and Development until 2002. During this time, they oversaw the development of web-based training programs and provided support for learning and development operations in North America.
