Director Account Operations at Ultra Clean Technologies

Tony Nguyen has had a diverse range of work experiences in various companies. Tony began their career at Pelikan Technologies, where they served as a Purchasing Manager/Director of Supply Chain, overseeing all purchasing activities and implementing strategic procurement plans. Tony also handled contract negotiations, inventory management, supply and demand forecasting, and production scheduling. After that, they moved on to Novatorque, Inc., where they served as a Sr. Production/Manufacturing Manager. In this role, they managed multiple manufacturing operations teams and was responsible for capacity planning, equipment requirements, process improvements, and inventory management. Tony then joined Sanmina Corp as a Program Manager Team Lead, managing the product line and program management function for assigned customers. Tony also oversaw a team, made staffing decisions, and ensured program-related decisions aligned with customer contracts. Tony's next role was at Flex, where they worked as a Program Management Manager. Here, they developed and adhered to project budgets, organized project-related activities and communications, and participated in strategic planning. Tony also directed program managers and staff and drove strategies to meet customer requirements. Currently, Tony is employed at Ultra Clean Technology as the Director of Account Operations, where they are responsible for demand and commercial management, customer alignment activities, and quarterly spend forecasting.

Tony Nguyen attended San Jose State University from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a concentration in Finance.
