Tyler Muhn, SPHR has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2013, Tyler worked as an SBS Sales Intern at ADP, where they developed relationships with customers, participated in sales training meetings, and met sales and customer goals. In 2015, Tyler served as a Human Resources Executive Intern at Target, gaining valuable experience in HR. During this time, they also worked as a Human Resources Intern at the Sacramento Kings, where they assisted with recruiting, onboarding, and organizing employee relations events. From 2016 to 2020, Tyler worked for Ultra Clean Technology, starting as a Training and Safety Coordinator and later taking on roles as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Manager. In these positions, they successfully managed the HR function across multiple sites, collaborated with HR and functional leaders to design and implement policies and programs, and led recruitment and onboarding efforts. Most recently, in 2021, Tyler joined Ultra Clean Technology as the Director of Human Resources.
Tyler Muhn, SPHR, achieved their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University-Sacramento, where they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same institution, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Tyler also attended Deer Valley High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their educational background, they have obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in March 2022.
